Housing doesn't have much use atm but they'll add stuff to them that will give everyone in the FC extra buffs that will help in the game, having one will not only boost our jobs on the battlefield but will also attract other great players to our fc that can help us out.

To help out the FC to get one you can donate anything from money to phyl items, I'll help out and sell them if you can't do it yourself or you are to lazy to do it.

Some people are donating up to 10 phyl items or 60k each week, but you can help out with whatever you can.

If every single person donates 2-10 phyl items weekly we can make over 500k each week, so just make sure you can help with anything you can even if its just 1k you can let go off, as long as you do it every week so we see progress on it and keep the psych up!

To encourage you guys every single week we save up at least 250k together I will be donating an extra 100k =)

hmm… Maybe we can implement a temporary point system… (just an idea)
every 50k = 1pt…

I know u all are familiar with FFXI Dynamis and lotting with Points…
You could use your points to get priority on a drop in Coil or World Bosses? For Ex.- Me n Sohryu on WHM… He has 1pt im lazy and have 0. In Coil, WHM Alaghan Hands drop. He uses his point to Need roll drop and i have to greed it… He wins drop.

-Again this is just an idea, trying to get more members to help with the FC Bank…

-20k per member a week (roughly 3/4 Philo items) times 30 members is 600k… Thats easy!

Yea I will implement that, I have record of everyone's donations so far just haven't been able to post everyone's points, they wont be able to use them for coil as everyone uses their lockdowns on it and that'll just create absences, because people won't come if they don't have enough points but maybe they can use this points to carrys for their relic, primals ex once we are able to down them as fc, etc etc.

But yea, the main idea is that everyone helps out on this, it will come back to you eventually, it is not mandatory but 20k is nothing, you can get 3 phyl items a day with a single roulette, and it will be a HUGE help if we all do it.
